Portable USB Stick selber machen

Portable Applikationen sind schwer im kommen, jeder kann sein Büro fertig in der Hosentasche mitnehmen und hat so immer seine Lieblingsapplikationen mit dabei und kann diese an jedem Rechner nutzen. Hier möchten wir Ihnen kuzr erklären wie Sie Ihren eigenen Portablen USB Stick selber machen können. Sie sollten beim Kauf eines USB Sticks aufjdenfall auf die Lese und Schreibgeschwindigkeit achten, bei den günstigen USB Sticks leidet oft die Perfomance. Auch die Anzahl an GB ist von Bedeutung, wenn man noch Files und Daten auf den USB Stick speichern will. Mit 4GB ist man aufjedenfall auf der sicheren Seite, also fangen wir an.
USB Stick formatieren
Als erstes formatiren wir den USB Stick, wir stecken Ihn in den PC und öffnen den Explorer. Mit der rechten Maustaste auf das Laufwer des USB Sticks und wählen dort Formatieren aus, als Dateisystem wählen wir FAT32 sowie aktivieren wir die Schnellformatierung – Es kann auch noch einen Volumenbezeichung angegben werden, was aber keinen Einfluss hat.
Ordner Struktur anlegen
Nachdem die Formatierung abgeschlossen ist, empfiehlt es sich auf dem USB Stick eine Ordner Struktur anzulegen, hier mal ein Beispiel welches Sie naürlich abwandeln können.
Ich werde Ihnen hier die Installation von einem Programm vorführen, welches Sie dann auch mit allen anderen Programmen so machen können. Weiter Portable Apps finden Sie auf http://portableapps.com/apps oder auf http://www.portablefreeware.com/ die Auswahl ist sehr groß und es kommen immer wieder neue Applikationen hinzu.
Programm installieren
Als Programm werden wir jetzt einmal Firefox Portable installieren. Laden Sie sich die Datei runter und führen Sie diese aus, wählen Sie einen Ordner auf Ihrem Computer aus und starten Sie die Installation, nach erfolgreicher Installation befindet sich folgender Ordner in den von Ihnen ausgewählten Installationsordner.
Den kompletten Ordner schieben Sie jetzt auf Ihren USB Stick in den Ordner, in unserem Falle, Apps – > Internet . Das war es schon, nun ist es immer sehr umständlich erst den USB Stick zu öffnen und dann die entsprechende Anwendung daraus zu starten, auch hierfür gibt es ein Programm Namens PStart, dieser Programmstartet verwaltet Ihre installierten Portable Apps.
Die Installation von PStart ist auch denkbar einfach, führen Sie die heruntergeladenen Setup Datei aus. Aktzeptieren Sie den Lizenz Vertrag und wählen bei Setup Type Portable Setup und wählen dann Ihren USB Stick aus, dann setzten Sie die Installation einfach fort und beenden die Installation von PStart. Nach fertiger Installation erscheint folgendes Bild von Pstart.
Jetzt fügen Sie einfach Ihre Applikationen hinzu, klicken Sie dazu mit der Rechten Maustaste auf das untere Fenster und wählen Datei hinzufügen… aus, gehen Sie auf Ihren USB Stick und nehmen, in unserem Beispiel, jetzt die Applikation Firefox Portable, mit einem Klick auf Öffnen erscheint ab sofort Ihre Applikation im PStart.
Jetzt können Sie mit einem Doppelklick die Applikation starten, es empfiehlt sich in PStart noch eine Ordnerstruktur anzulegen, die der auf dem USB Stick gleicht um die Navigation Benutzerfreundlich zu halten, so etwas könnte wie folgt aussehen.
